The NZAPSI was formed in February 2003 under the Chairmanship of Dr.P.S. Chari, Ex-Professor & Head, Dept. of Plastic Surgery PGIMER, Chandigarh. The aim of NZAPSI is to bring out the talent of each plastic surgeon of North India to the forefront. The North Zone Chapter includes the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Harayana and Chandigarh.
